VisceralFit’s programs place a strong emphasis on Functional Fitness; improving individuals' ability to perform everyday tasks and activities.   2. Cardiovascular Workouts: Boost your heart health and endurance with our cardiovascular workouts. From high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to cardiovascular conditioning, we have options that cater to all fitness levels.

  3. Flexibility and Mobility: Enhance your flexibility, mobility, and posture with our targeted flexibility and mobility exercises. Our programs incorporate stretching, yoga, and other mobility exercises to help you move better and prevent injuries.

 

We promote a realistic and sustainable approach to fitness that can be easily incorporated into your daily life. We believe that fitness should be a long-term commitment rather than a short-term fad. 

 

Our programs focus on making gradual and sustainable changes to exercise routines, nutrition habits, and lifestyle choices for real people with busy lives and responsibilities.

 

We offer both 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions with customised workout plans and expert guidance and motivation, and also Group Classes where you can have fun and get fit with your friends or colleagues.
